The brief & the build
Four functions, four looks and one team holding all of it. The brief was a wedding weekend where every event felt like its own world, while the logistics behind them stayed invisible to the families.
We designed and built a saffron-and-cobalt garden haldi, a lavender and jasmine nikah that closed with confetti at dusk, a ballroom sangeet with a full LED stage, and an open-air reception with a fairy-light tunnel, live music and a pyro finale. Behind it, the crew trucked, ferried and rigged everything into a lakeside venue and called every cue live.

The Haldi
A garden haldi in saffron and cobalt: Moroccan-tile arches, a hanging floral mandap and a balloon-lined entrance.
The Nikah
A lavender-draped aisle, a jasmine-strand mandap and a confetti finale timed to the last light of the day.
The Sangeet
A ballroom turned into a show: a full LED backdrop, moving-light rig, cold sparks for the couple's entrance and a confetti-covered dance floor.
The Reception
An open-air evening by the lake: a fairy-light tunnel, a floral entrance avenue and a truss stage with flames, cold sparks, CO₂ and aerial shells.
Behind the build
Days before the first guest: trucks loaded at the warehouse, trusses ferried across the lake by boat, LED walls rigged and every cue called live on headsets.
